1. What is the difference between Gradeway Prep’s Self Prep & Live Online classes?

Self-Prep courses are for candidates who are unable to allocate fixed time to complete their GRE / GMAT / IELTS / GATE preparation due to college or work schedules. As part of the Self prep course, we will provide High-Quality pre-recorded video lectures from expert faculty, students can go through these video classes as per their feasibility. Students can clarify their doubts with faculty through email support.

Live Online Classes for students who would like to prepare for GRE / GMAT / IELTS / GATE exams within a fixed time frame. For live online classes, students are required to choose a fixed batch depending on their feasibility. Students will be provided with a fixed class schedule covering complete syllabus of the course. During the class, students can interact with faculty to clarify their doubts. After completion of every class, a recorded version of the class will be provided to students in their Online Student portal.

2. What are the Class timings for Live Online Classes?

Weekday Batches (4 days a week: Monday to Thursday):
a) 7am – 9am
b) 10am – 12 noon
c) 3pm – 5pm
d) 6pm – 8pm

Weekend Batches (Saturday & Sunday – Daily 3 hours)
a) 7am – 10am
b) 2pm – 5pm
c) 5pm – 8pm

For One-on-One batches, classes will be conducted as per student’s feasibility & requirement.

3. Can I register for a Free Demo Class / free Trail pack before enrolling for the course?

Yes, you can do it.

4. How can I enroll in a course?

Step 1: Choose your course (GRE | GMAT | IELTS | GATE)

Step 2: Choose your preparation module (Live Online Classes | 1 on 1 Class | Self Prep Course | Mock Test Series)
i. If you are enrolling for Live Online classes, please select your suitable batch from available batches

Step 3: Click on “Enroll Now” button & submit your details in the registration form

Step 4: After filling the registration form with all details, make the payment by using any of the following options: Credit card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / UPI / Wallets.

5. What is the last date for registration for each course?

We recommend you register no later than one week after the course has started.

6. Can I take more than one course?

Yes, you may register for more than one course. Majority of the students enroll for GRE + IELTS / GMAT + IELTS as combo courses.

7. Can I reschedule my course timings?

Yes, understanding the student requirements, you may opt to reschedule your course. The first time it is free of any charges. After the first time, student will be required to pay a nominal fee of Rs. 500 towards any batch change.

8. Can I change my course plan from self-preparation to live online classes?

Yes, you can upgrade your course to the next level by paying the difference in the fee. From Mock Test Series to Self-Prep Course to Live Online Classes to 1 on 1 Class

9. What should I do if I miss my online classes?

You will receive a recorded video of the same class in the Online Student Portal.

10. Are there any one-on-one classes?

Yes, One-on-One classes are available for GRE, GMAT, IELTS courses only; to have personalized learning & improve the scores.

11. I registered late for a live online session; will I be able to access the earlier classes that I have missed?

Yes, during your course time, you will be allowed to attend the classes missed, from other batches at different timings.

12. Is there any duration within which I should complete my course?

Yes, valid time for you to complete a registered course is 6-12 months in case of GRE, GMAT, and IELTS. GATE course is valid till the next upcoming GATE Exam (February month of every year)

13. Are study materials and question banks provided for courses I register?

Yes, we provide carefully made study materials for all the courses you register for.

14. How will I receive my course materials?

A soft copy of the study material is available in the student portal of your Gradeway Prep account.

15. What are the exams for which classes are conducted?

Gradeway Prep guides you through GRE, GMAT, IELTS and GATE. Bringing convenience to your preparation, you can take Live Online Sessions, Self-Preparatory course, and also Mock Test series.
