These terms and conditions are applied to all the products and services by Gradeway Prep. These terms and conditions should serve as an agreement and understanding between Gradeway Prep and users and business entities who use our products.

By registering with us and using our services you agree to comply with all the conditions mentioned here. Gradeway Prep holds the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for any conduct that it believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party.
Gradeway Prep is in sole discretion to change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the service remains in compliance with this Agreement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
To maintain the utmost transparency regarding all the courses and payment terms we have taken the required steps to provide all the necessary information on the website, emails that you receive, and at our helpdesk. All the courses and services are designed keeping in mind the needs of students to provide them with enough training to excel at their exams, likewise, students are expected to be committed and motivated to the classes they have registered.
In case of any query or dissatisfaction from a student, they are requested to reach out to us and we assure you to resolve their issue on priority.
Please make a note that we have a “No-refund Policy”. Fees once paid is non-refundable unless it complies, to following conditions mentioned here;
Payment Gateway or Technical errors in case of being charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error, technical error from the bank, or a website mechanism error a refund process is initiated. This is an occasional occurrence in all e-commerce situations. The money is returned within 3 working days of the notification of error.
